LANDSHILOH · Last Updated: November 6, 2026
This notice explains the limits of website communications and how legal questions relate to signed agreements and applicable law. It does not impose a new arbitration agreement, exclusive venue, or waiver of mandatory rights.
01Website identity and scope
LandShiloh is the website brand. Verified legal-operator, supervising-brokerage, license, jurisdiction, and formal-notice details have not yet been supplied for complete publication. Request the actual contracting provider’s information before an engagement. A website name, domain registration, email address, or general statement does not establish the legal identity of every party or authority to act in every location.
02Website questions and complaints
Send nonurgent questions about website content or these notices to legal@landshiloh.com. Identify the relevant page, date, issue, and a reply method. Avoid confidential negotiating strategy and unnecessary personal records. The website remains under construction and delivery monitoring has not been independently verified. A form confirmation or email receipt does not establish review by a responsible professional.
03Formal notices and legal service
For a purchase, lease, listing, representation, financing, title, or other agreement, use the address, recipient, delivery method, and timing requirements stated in that agreement and applicable law. A general website form or email address is not designated here as an agent for service of process or a universal formal-notice address. Obtain legal advice about service and required notices; do not rely on this page to meet a deadline.
04Priority of agreements and mandatory law
Transaction-specific signed agreements and mandatory legal requirements govern their respective subjects. A general website policy does not amend a signed agreement, extend an inspection or cancellation period, change payment obligations, or waive statutory duties. The Terms of Service apply to website use within their lawful scope. Where mandatory law requires a different result, that law remains controlling.
05Governing law and forum
No state-specific governing-law clause, exclusive court, or venue selection is adopted by this notice. Those matters depend on the actual parties, property, agreements, and applicable law. The fact that a website is accessible from a location does not determine every jurisdictional question. Counsel should evaluate transaction-specific terms before parties agree to them.
06Dispute resolution and preserved rights
The parties may discuss a concern or mutually consider lawful mediation, but this website does not make informal negotiation or mediation a mandatory precondition to a claim. It imposes no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, shortened limitation period, fee-shifting provision, or general release. Any separate dispute arrangement requires its own legally appropriate agreement.
07Regulators, protected complaints, and urgency
Nothing in these notices prevents a lawful report to a real estate regulator, civil rights agency, privacy authority, law enforcement, or legal counsel, or requires abandonment of a statutory remedy. Internal reporting does not suspend legal deadlines. For suspected diverted funds, contact the bank and legitimate closing professional immediately through independently verified channels rather than waiting for a website response.
08Evidence, privacy, and updates
Keep relevant agreements, dates, notices, and source records without unlawfully accessing another person’s information. Arrange secure transmission if sensitive evidence is necessary. The Privacy Policy addresses the present inquiry setup and limitations. Updates will show a revised Last Updated date; a website revision does not retroactively rewrite a signed agreement or establish that outstanding legal reviews are complete.
