LANDSHILOH · Last Updated: November 6, 2026
This disclaimer explains the scope and limitations of information on LandShiloh. Read it with the Terms of Service and the property-specific documents relevant to any proposed transaction.
01Educational information
Articles, guides, checklists, and general explanations help visitors organize land research. They do not determine whether a particular parcel suits your intended use. Applicable requirements depend on the location, proposed activity, current records, and facts. General information is not individualized legal, tax, financial, title, survey, environmental, engineering, planning, or lending advice. Obtain qualified advice before making decisions that depend on those matters.
02Website brand and service scope
LandShiloh is the website brand. A website visit does not establish that the brand itself holds a brokerage license, serves every jurisdiction, or provides every professional service described in educational content. Confirm the actual provider, supervising brokerage, active license, authorized area, and service scope before engaging regulated services. The Brokerage and Land Property Disclosures page explains the present verification limitations.
03No engagement or binding transaction
Browsing, submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, or discussing a property does not itself create representation, exclusivity, a signed offer, a reservation, or an obligation to transact. Any duties arising independently under applicable law remain intact. Use required agreements and confirm who represents whom before sharing confidential negotiating information. A requested appointment needs express confirmation and does not authorize entry to land.
04Accuracy, sources, and changes
Content may reflect owner statements, records, maps, third-party reports, or information available when prepared. Facts, prices, availability, regulations, and site conditions can change. Request current sources and appropriate verification. The website does not promise error-free material, uninterrupted access, or that every change will be reflected immediately. This limitation does not excuse misrepresentation or required disclosures.
05Images, maps, and examples
General landscape imagery illustrates a theme and is not a representation that a depicted parcel is listed, available, owned, serviced, or buildable. Property-specific photographs and maps must be read with their captions, dates, sources, and limitations. Online outlines, pins, aerial views, fences, and visible roads are not substitutes for legal descriptions, surveys, enforceable access rights, or confirmed service connections.
06Independent investigation and deadlines
Investigate title, boundaries, access, zoning, water, utilities, wastewater, physical conditions, environmental constraints, taxes, and costs appropriate to the parcel and use. Written contract terms govern inspection rights, contingencies, notices, and deadlines. An unanswered inquiry does not extend a deadline. Obtain owner permission and required permits for entry, testing, surveying, drone use, or other site activity.
07External services and investment outcomes
An external reference does not guarantee a provider’s performance or establish a required affiliation. Review provider qualifications and terms independently. Asking prices, comparisons, scenarios, and development concepts do not guarantee appreciation, income, financing, resale, approvals, or profit. Read the Investment Risk Disclosure and Third-Party Information Disclosure for additional considerations.
08Responsibility, corrections, and rights
Report suspected errors to legal@landshiloh.com with the page address, issue, and supporting source, avoiding unnecessary sensitive data. No fixed damages cap, general indemnity, arbitration requirement, or waiver of mandatory rights is created by this notice. Applicable legal duties, signed agreements, statutory remedies, and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
