LANDSHILOH · Last Updated: November 6, 2026
This notice addresses website content and intellectual property associated with LandShiloh. Rights depend on the particular material, its ownership or license, and applicable law; a brand name alone does not establish ownership of every item.
01Content and rights holders
Text, photographs, maps, graphics, logos, layouts, reports, and compilations may be owned by the website operator or independent rights holders. Property owners, photographers, map providers, listing services, and authors may hold separate rights. Public display does not transfer those rights. Factual information and legally protected expression may have different treatment under applicable law.
02Reasonable research use
You may view content and retain reasonable copies for legitimate personal land research to the extent permitted by law and any applicable source restrictions. Preserve notices and attribution. This limited permission does not authorize commercial republication, resale, syndication, mass extraction, or use that falsely suggests affiliation, ownership of a listing, or authority to market a parcel.
03Photographs, maps, and listing materials
Permission to advertise land does not necessarily include every right in its photographs, aerial imagery, surveys, reports, or map data. Obtain authorization from the appropriate rights holder before reuse. Do not remove watermarks or alter boundaries, prices, source dates, brokerage attribution, or disclosures to mislead others. A map image is not a substitute for a legal survey.
04Brand names and logos
Use of the LandShiloh name or any displayed brokerage or provider mark must not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, licensing, or authority. This notice claims no unverified trademark registration. Referential uses permitted by law remain subject to the applicable rules; contact legal@landshiloh.com for permission inquiries involving branding or promotional reuse.
05Submissions and correspondence
Submit only material you have authority to provide. Sending an inquiry allows handling reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to it, subject to privacy obligations and applicable law; it does not grant a blanket right to publish private correspondence. Do not provide copyrighted files belonging to another person without appropriate authority or send sensitive documents through a general form.
06Automated collection and redistribution
Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, bulk copying, and republication can implicate content rights, contracts, privacy, and technical restrictions. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. This notice does not prohibit lawful quotation, criticism, fair use, public-domain use, or other protected activity. It does not grant access to private systems, credentials, or restricted data.
07Reporting a rights concern
Email legal@landshiloh.com with the affected page, identification of the work or mark, the nature of the concern, your authority to act, and a safe reply method. Provide sufficient source information to locate the issue without unnecessary private data. Do not include passwords or sensitive identity records. This contact is not represented as a registered statutory copyright agent.
08Responses and limitations
A report may require verification, consultation with the relevant rights holder, correction, restriction, or other appropriate response. No immediate takedown, counter-notice process, or specific legal safe harbor is promised by this notice. Acknowledging a report does not determine ownership or infringement. Applicable remedies and the lawful rights of all parties remain intact.
