LandShiloh · Legal information
Last Updated: November 6, 2026.
01 · Contact channels
Use info@landshiloh.com for general inquiries, buy@landshiloh.com for purchasing questions, sell@landshiloh.com for selling questions, and legal@landshiloh.com for website legal or privacy matters. The Contact page also offers a land inquiry form. The site is under construction; successful end-to-end delivery and monitoring have not been independently confirmed. A displayed address or form confirmation does not establish professional review. Do not use these channels for emergencies or unconfirmed contractual notices.
02 · Inquiry categories
Use a general inquiry for questions about the website or scope of services; a buying inquiry for desired location, intended use, acreage, and timing; and a selling inquiry for property location, parcel identifier if known, and the kind of assistance requested. Legal or privacy inquiries should identify the relevant issue without unnecessary sensitive material. Categorization helps route a request but does not make a legal inquiry privileged or create an attorney-client relationship.
03 · Information requested by the form
The reviewed form requires a name, email address, inquiry type, and message. It also offers phone, location of interest, land type, acreage, budget, and timeline fields; it includes a Privacy Policy acknowledgment and an arithmetic spam question. Supply only what is reasonably needed to explain the request. Optional budget or acreage details can be left blank when unknown. Providing a phone number alone should not be presented as consent to unrelated automated marketing.
04 · No brokerage engagement by inquiry
Submitting a form, sending an email, speaking with a representative, requesting a valuation, or arranging an introductory discussion does not itself establish a brokerage relationship, exclusive representation, a fiduciary engagement, or an obligation to transact. Representation and any required written agreement must be addressed with the actual licensed provider. Existing statutory duties are unaffected. Tell the business if another broker already represents you before requesting services that could conflict with that relationship.
05 · Appointments, listings, and offers
A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment, showing authorization, property reservation, or guarantee that services are available. Wait for explicit scheduling confirmation. An informal inquiry is not a signed purchase offer, acceptance, counteroffer, financing commitment, or amendment to a contract. Use the transaction’s required documents and delivery methods. Do not assume an email or form submission satisfies a contractual notice deadline.
06 · Electronic communications and delivery
Email and web messages can be delayed, filtered, misdirected, or inaccessible. Check the recipient address and use an independently verified alternative when a matter is time-sensitive. A delivery receipt or automated response may confirm technical receipt without confirming professional review. This notice does not establish a guaranteed response window or round-the-clock support. For formal notices, follow the address and method stated in the relevant agreement or legally applicable procedure.
07 · Transactional replies and marketing choices
An inquiry reasonably calls for a reply and related follow-up about the stated land question. The reviewed form’s privacy acknowledgment concerns using inquiry information to respond; it is not a separate subscription to a newsletter or blanket consent to promotional calls or texts. This notice grants no blanket marketing consent. Any separate marketing subscription must identify its sender, purpose, and available opt-out process.
08 · Preferences and withdrawal
You may tell a confirmed business contact that you prefer a particular reply channel or do not want further promotional communication. Where marketing is actually sent, use its working unsubscribe or other offered opt-out procedure. A marketing preference does not necessarily stop communications needed for an existing engagement, transaction, requested service, legal obligation, or security concern. No immediate processing period is promised by this notice.
09 · Sensitive information and fraud
Do not send identity documents, account numbers, passwords, payment instructions, tax returns, or confidential negotiation material through a general inquiry form. Establish representation and an appropriate secure channel when sensitive records are genuinely needed. Verify payment instructions independently, especially changes. If money may have been diverted, contact the bank and legitimate closing professional immediately instead of waiting for a website response.
10 · Privacy and communication records
The Privacy Policy explains inquiry information, current limitations, and privacy requests. Business communications may become transaction or compliance records subject to required retention; an informal deletion request does not automatically erase a legally required file. When a transaction begins, obtain confirmed contacts and delivery instructions from the actual licensed provider and relevant signed agreement.
