LandShiloh · Legal information
Last Updated: November 6, 2026.

01 · Scope of these Terms

These Terms address access to LandShiloh’s website, educational content, property information, and inquiry channels. LandShiloh is the website brand. Before engaging brokerage services, request the legal provider’s identity, supervising brokerage, applicable license information, and authorized service area in writing. Contact legal@landshiloh.com with questions about these Terms. Do not treat the brand name alone as identification of a licensed brokerage. Transaction-specific agreements and mandatory legal duties continue to govern their respective subjects.

02 · Website use and eligibility

Use the website lawfully and provide information you have authority to share. Anyone acting for an entity or another owner must have appropriate authority. The website is intended for people researching land and seeking business assistance; a person who cannot legally enter a particular transaction must act through an authorized representative where permitted. Browse without submitting unnecessary personal information, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

03 · Information and property availability

Articles, checklists, photographs, and maps provide general information. They are not a substitute for current property records or individualized professional advice. Listing information may change, and a displayed price or availability status does not reserve a parcel or create an offer capable of acceptance through browsing. Approximate acreage, outlines, access descriptions, zoning labels, and utility statements require independent verification. The Land Due Diligence and Property Information Disclaimer explains the principal investigation subjects.

04 · No engagement through website interaction

Submitting an inquiry, emailing a representative, requesting a consultation, receiving general guidance, or viewing a listing does not itself establish a brokerage relationship, exclusivity, a duty to purchase or sell, or a financing commitment. Confirm the actual licensed provider, jurisdiction, representation, scope, and any required written engagement. Do not disclose confidential negotiating limits until you understand who the professional represents. Nothing here excludes duties imposed independently by law.

05 · Offers, appointments, and contract notices

An appointment request requires confirmation. A form submission is not a purchase agreement, lease, listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, signed acceptance, or amendment. Formal offers and transaction notices must satisfy the applicable agreement and legal requirements for signatures, delivery, receipt, and timing. Do not rely on an unconfirmed web message to satisfy a cancellation, objection, financing, inspection, or closing deadline.

06 · Electronic communications

By asking a question and supplying reply details, you request a response about that inquiry. This does not provide blanket permission for unrelated promotional calls, texts, or newsletters. Any actual marketing program must use its own lawful consent and opt-out practices. Electronic messages can be delayed, filtered, misdirected, or intercepted. The Contact and Communications Notice describes channels and limitations. No particular response time, continuous availability, or successful delivery is guaranteed.

07 · Intellectual property and permitted use

Website text, graphics, photographs, logos, layouts, and compilations may belong to the operator or third-party rights holders. You may view material and retain reasonable copies for legitimate personal research subject to applicable rights and source restrictions. Commercial republication, resale, mass extraction, deceptive alteration, and removal of attribution require authorization unless the law permits the specific use. A listing’s visibility does not authorize its reuse in another person’s marketing or convey rights in a photographer’s or map provider’s work.

08 · Information you submit

Submit truthful, relevant material you have authority to provide. An inquiry permits use of its contents as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the request, subject to privacy obligations; it does not grant a blanket right to publish your private correspondence. Do not upload confidential third-party files or sensitive identifiers through public forms. No payment information should be submitted in an ordinary inquiry. See the Privacy Policy for information about processing, retention, and privacy requests.

09 · Third-party information and services

A link, reference, listing feed, map, lender name, or professional referral does not itself warrant the third party’s accuracy, service quality, financial condition, or legal compliance. Review the actual provider’s terms, credentials, charges, and relationship to the brokerage. Disclose and evaluate any required affiliated-provider or compensation arrangement. Using an outside service is governed by its own agreement and applicable law; no mandatory relationship is created merely by a website reference.

10 · No site-access or investment guarantee

Website material does not authorize entry to property, inspections, drone flights, drilling, clearing, hunting, camping, or other activity. Obtain owner consent and permits. No statement guarantees buildability, water availability, title quality, financing, appreciation, income, resale, or investment performance. Consult qualified legal, tax, title, survey, environmental, engineering, and financial professionals as needed.

11 · Availability, errors, and responsibility

The business may correct errors and change or suspend content or functions subject to applicable obligations. Information is supplied with the limitations described in its sources and related disclosures; uninterrupted service and error-free content are not promised. To the extent law permits, users remain responsible for decisions made without appropriate verification. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive remedies for fraud or other nonwaivable conduct, or diminish statutory brokerage, privacy, consumer, or disclosure duties. These Terms establish no fixed damages cap or general indemnity obligation.

12 · Misuse and restriction of access

Unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or technically disruptive use may result in rejection of submissions or restriction of access, subject to applicable law. See the Acceptable Use Policy for impersonation, spam, scraping, and property-information misuse. Security concerns should be reported without further intrusion or unnecessary collection of exposed records. Restrictions do not prohibit lawful criticism, protected complaints, or exercising legal rights.

13 · Updates, legal rights, and contacting the operator

Changes will be posted with an updated effective date and additional notice when required; a website revision does not retroactively alter a signed brokerage agreement. Applicable law governs any dispute. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions apply only to the extent law permits. Send website questions to legal@landshiloh.com. For formal transaction notices, use the recipient and delivery method in the applicable signed agreement.
