LandShiloh · Legal information
Last Updated: November 6, 2026.
01 · Scope
This policy covers access to LandShiloh, inquiry forms, property descriptions, photographs, maps, educational articles, downloadable materials, and business communication originating through the website. Use the site only for lawful land research, genuine inquiries, and other uses authorized by the content owner. This policy supplements the Terms of Service and does not grant access to land, private systems, or third-party data.
02 · Genuine inquiries and accurate identity
Provide information you are authorized to share and describe your role honestly. Do not impersonate an owner, buyer, seller, broker, lender, title company, government employee, or LandShiloh representative. Do not create fabricated leads, misrepresent ownership or authority to market a parcel, submit forged documents, request fraudulent valuations, or disguise the source of a communication. Identify an existing representation relationship when relevant before requesting brokerage assistance.
03 · Forms and communications
Do not submit spam, bulk solicitations, unsolicited advertising, harassment, threats, discriminatory instructions, malware, deceptive links, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not repeatedly submit automated inquiries, flood forms, evade spam controls, or use contact details to build unsolicited marketing lists. A legitimate disagreement, accessibility request, security report, or consumer complaint is not prohibited merely because it is critical of the business.
04 · Listing and property information
Use parcel information to evaluate legitimate land questions. Do not alter pricing, acreage, availability, brokerage attribution, source dates, or disclosures to mislead others. Do not copy a listing and present it as your own inventory, imply authorization to sell or lease a parcel, collect deposits on a property you do not control, or fabricate seller instructions. Public display of an owner’s or representative’s information does not authorize stalking, harassment, identity theft, trespass, or targeted fraud.
05 · Photographs, maps, and intellectual property
Photographs, aerial imagery, maps, logos, text, and compilations may be owned by LandShiloh or licensed from others. Viewing material does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial republication license. Do not remove watermarks, copyright notices, source attribution, or required listing disclosures. Do not use imagery to claim unverified boundaries, access, improvements, utility connections, or development rights. Ask for written permission before marketing reuse; a license granted by one rights holder may not cover third-party assets.
06 · Automated access and system integrity
Do not scrape, harvest, bulk download, republish, or commercially exploit listing data or contact information without authorization, except where applicable law permits the activity. Do not bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions; probe private records; inject code; overload the service; or interfere with other users. Ordinary search indexing consistent with published access instructions and applicable rights is distinct from unauthorized harvesting. Security testing requires separate authorization; reporting a concern does not itself authorize testing.
07 · Submissions and reports
Share only information you have the right to provide. Do not submit government identifiers, account credentials, banking instructions, confidential client files, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through public forms. To report misuse, identify the page or listing, explain the issue, and provide a safe way to respond. Preserve evidence without redistributing private data, malicious files, or exposed credentials. Follow the Security Reporting and Wire-Fraud Precautions page for suspected fraud.
08 · Responses to misuse
Subject to applicable law, the business may reject abusive submissions, restrict access, remove misleading content, investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with valid legal process. Responses should be proportionate to the circumstances and do not eliminate mandatory disclosure, privacy, or nondiscrimination duties. This policy does not promise constant monitoring, immediate removal, or a particular investigation outcome.
09 · No property permission or engagement
A listing, map, appointment request, or communication never independently authorizes entry, surveying, drone operations, sampling, clearing, digging, hunting, camping, or contact with occupants. Obtain owner permission and required permits. An inquiry does not by itself establish a brokerage relationship or amend a representation agreement. For website misuse reports, contact legal@landshiloh.com. Use the Contact page for ordinary land inquiries.
