LandShiloh · Legal information
Last Updated: November 6, 2026.
01 · Our accessibility goal
LandShiloh aims to make land information and inquiry services usable by people with disabilities. This statement explains assistance options and the scope of our current claims. The site is under construction. Publishing this statement does not certify that every page is accessible or that a complete accessibility audit has been performed.
02 · Design and review priorities
Our priorities include clear headings, readable text, meaningful links, informative image alternatives, sufficient contrast, labeled forms, understandable errors, and keyboard access. Content should remain useful when enlarged and with common assistive technologies. These priorities guide improvements; they do not represent completed testing of every feature.
03 · Standards and limitations
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines provide a technical reference for review. No WCAG conformance level, Section 508 certification, universal compatibility, or completed independent audit is claimed. Maps, images, documents, third-party tools, form spam checks, and changing content may present barriers. Automated checks alone cannot establish full accessibility.
04 · Request help or report a barrier
Email legal@landshiloh.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier, and your preferred reply method. If useful, include your browser, device, or assistive technology. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical record. The Contact page provides another inquiry route, but if that form is the barrier, use email instead. Delivery and monitoring are not independently confirmed while the site is under construction; no emergency or guaranteed response service is offered.
05 · Alternative formats and communication
You may request a plain-text property description, explanation of map information, a more accessible document, assistance with a form, or another communication method. Describe the information needed and any time-sensitive need. An explanation of a map does not replace a legal survey or technical property investigation. Appropriate assistance depends on the request and applicable obligations.
06 · Third-party content
Listing files, aerial imagery, maps, embedded services, and vendor tools can have accessibility limitations. Third-party involvement does not remove applicable duties to provide access to services. Report the specific feature so an accessible alternative or correction can be considered. Visitors are not required to install an accessibility overlay or submit medical details to request ordinary information.
07 · Follow-up and legal rights
Reports help identify barriers, information needs, potential alternatives, and corrections. No particular resolution time or outcome is guaranteed. Applicable disability and accessibility rights remain available, and requesting assistance does not require giving up other remedies.
08 · Privacy and updates
Provide only information needed to explain the barrier and receive a response. Avoid medical records and sensitive personal information. The Privacy Policy explains the present inquiry setup and limitations. This statement will be updated as the website, assistance arrangements, and accessibility findings change.
