LandShiloh · Legal information
Last Updated: November 6, 2026.
01 · Reporting and urgent incidents
Send nonurgent website security concerns to legal@landshiloh.com, identifying the affected page and a safe reply method. This website is under construction; no round-the-clock monitoring or urgent-response service is promised. For suspected diverted funds, contact your bank and independently verified closing professional immediately. Do not wait for a website or email response.
02 · What to report
Report suspected website vulnerabilities, exposed personal information, unauthorized account activity, copied or fraudulent listings, owner impersonation, fake brokerage profiles, suspicious attachments, misleading domain names, or instructions that change a payment destination. Include the affected page address, date and time with time zone, a concise explanation, and the safest available way to contact you. Clearly distinguish observations from assumptions.
03 · Safe reporting and minimal evidence
Provide only the minimum evidence needed to explain the problem. Redact bank details, identifiers, credentials, private messages, and unrelated personal data. Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete financial account numbers, malware attachments, or a large copy of exposed records through a general form. Preserve original suspicious communications for the relevant provider or investigators, but do not forward malicious links indiscriminately. Request an agreed secure transfer method if sensitive evidence is necessary.
04 · Testing is not authorized by this notice
This statement does not create a bug bounty, promise payment, grant legal safe harbor, or authorize penetration testing. Do not access another person’s information, bypass controls, exploit a vulnerability, disrupt service, change data, or conduct automated scanning without separate written authorization. If you encounter information unexpectedly, stop interacting with it and report the location without collecting additional records. A report is welcome without proof obtained through further intrusion.
05 · Recognize real estate impersonation
Criminals can copy listing photographs, impersonate landowners, forge identification or ownership records, and spoof an agent’s email or phone number. Be cautious about unusual urgency, remote-only dealings, below-market offers, secrecy, a refusal to verify identity, or a demand to send money before normal title and escrow checks. Public parcel records and a convincing email signature do not establish that the sender has authority to sell, lease, or receive funds.
06 · Verify instructions before sending money
Independently verify the recipient and every payment instruction, especially any change in bank, account, beneficiary, routing information, or payment method. Call the title, escrow, closing, or other authorized recipient using a phone number obtained independently from trusted records or established at the start of the transaction. Do not use a number or link supplied only in the message requesting the change. Caller ID, a familiar email thread, or a reply to that thread is not sufficient independent verification.
07 · Avoid unsafe payment requests
Do not send earnest money, closing funds, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or banking credentials in response to an unsolicited website message. Establish the actual closing process with the authorized transaction professionals and review their verification procedures. A website inquiry is not a payment authorization. This page makes no representation that LandShiloh holds escrow funds, provides title services, or offers a particular payment system.
08 · If funds or credentials may be compromised
Contact your bank or payment provider immediately using a trusted number and ask about a recall, hold, or other available response. Notify the legitimate closing professional through an independently verified channel. Report suspected internet-enabled fraud to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov and contact appropriate law enforcement. Preserve evidence and note transaction times. Recovery is not guaranteed, and waiting for a website reply can reduce available response time. If credentials were shared, contact the account provider and secure the affected account through its official process.
09 · Handling reports and realistic expectations
A responsible reporting process should acknowledge and assess reports, limit unnecessary disclosure, and coordinate remediation or referral as appropriate. No response time, continuous monitoring, confidentiality guarantee, vulnerability-free system, or particular outcome is promised by this notice. Information may need to be shared with authorized service providers, transaction parties, insurers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate and lawful. Mandatory incident-notification obligations remain separate.
10 · Keep trusted contacts
At the start of a transaction, establish trusted contact details with the licensed representative and closing provider, record their payment-verification process, and independently verify later changes. A website logo, email signature, or apparent familiar sender does not authenticate a payment request. Questions about this notice may be sent to legal@landshiloh.com; do not send funds, credentials, or banking records to that address.
